Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring a strong understanding and adherence to the Agile mindset
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product goals, objectives, and priorities
• Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed to achieve its goals
• Measure and report on team performance, using metrics to continuously improve team effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project / product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
